It is free for business owners and staff! We take a small percentage of any customer tips to help us invest in the platform for the future.

As we are just launching and service industries have suffered tremendously in the past year, we will not be charging business owners in 2021 for use of the platform.

Firstly, download the app from App Store, sign up and add your card details.

Then it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1: scan the QR code of the server

Step 2: add a star rating and/or feedback

Step 3: add a tip

Recommend to your friends if you like ...

And that’s it.

We don’t store your card details, these are held by Stripe, our payment provider, who is globally trusted by banks. 

We only use your data for sharing your feedback and sending your tip to your server. We won’t use it for marketing or anything else unless you opt in.

You can close your account at any time.

Your server will receive the full amount that you choose to tip. 

Our 4% fee and payment transaction fee will be added before you pay.

The server will receive a notification of tips and reviews on their own app.

Services charges are optional. You can take this off and the power is then in your hands to tip your server directly.

Normally when a service charge is added to your bill, it’s very unclear where your money actually goes and how it is shared. Served.me makes sure your server gets the full amount. 

We believe the typical service charge of 12.5% does not give you flexibility to choose what you want to tip.

Yes. We add card fees as these are costs which are passed on to us. Unfortunately we can’t avoid these whilst we build the business.

- get the feedback direct to the staff member (we know this is sometimes awkward to say at the time, but it misses the opportunity to have good feedback to improve)

- give you friend recommendations at your fingertips vs unreliable online reviews - the more you review, the more recommendations are accessible to your friends
